My suggestion is Spring Activites. What do you do when the winter weather breaks? hiking, gardening, Spring Cleaning?

How about a sort of Taverncast around the world theme. Here are some of my ideas so far:

drink:
each tc host picks a beer from around the world. A beers of the world tour if you will.

material:
depending on all of your experiences, maybe there are stories you could tell of traveling. Either scary, funny, exciting etc.

Could ask for callers to call in and tell their brief stories, or give a shout out ina different language (asian bushmen?) etc.

talk about favorite world foods?

Thats pretty much all i've got so far. I hope some others have some ideas they can add. Ciao!

What about Taverncast's roots?

Who are you guys? What did you all do before this? What drives you through life besides beer?

I mean, most Day 1 listeners could recount the backstories of every WoW character, but not anything of the hosts themselves (Unless you worry about losing anonymity on the interwebs).
I like the idea of an episode of the backgrounds of the TC cast. I seriously think that even though you guys have like screamed each others names out while on tape, we still don't know much, if anything. 'Sides it might be kinda fun!
alright to go off Oman
Theme: Back to the Roots
Drinks: Your favorite juice when you were a kid( unless you can't think of having taverncast without bear so then, how about your first beer?)
Snacks: Gram crackers, Cookies, and ANIMAL CRACKERS!(how about a trailmix?)
Discusions: When you were a kid, what did you hope to become? did you follow your dreams? or did you go the opposite way?

what was your first video game you ever played? What was your opinion of it? did having roots in video games from when you were kids help bring you into being hardcore gamers, or whatever kind you are (or most of you anyway)?

Whats one thing that no one but you has EVER known about you? do you know something about another cast member that no one else knows? (WELL SPILL ALREADY!)

Give us some background information about yourselves. if you feel strongly against having your real name out on the air (trust me it already is. ALL OF YOURS are.) then just use your cast name( Ex: im Smarine51 and I used to live in Kansas. My dad would take me cave jumping since I was a baby and droped me on my head every 5 minutes for good luck.; not true but it works.)

If there was one thing about yourself that you would like to share to the TC fans, what would it be?

Why DID you guys pick up the mics and start recording taverncast? Do you regret it (why or why not)? What have you enjoyed looking back on these years as the TC crew?)

What was some of your most memorable events in TC recording history (favorite episodes, spoofs, deleted scenes, events, contests, you know what i mean?)?

And last but Definitly not least, when did you guys first meet? (where, why, how, and what happened?)

alright thats all i got. good luck on choosing
Just felt like bumping this up because After listening to the latest show its only strengthened my urge to hear about your guys' past!

Smarine - I'm not sure that our subscriber capability is active at the moment - I'll ask Cromley when I get a chance (we turned it off when the show went into hiatus) - but once it's back in business, you should subscribe. We did an entire show back in 2006 about a lot of the things you're asking about, for subscribers only. I've been thinking about making another one later on next year too - sort of a follow up, because a lot has changed in the show, and it's fun to do a behind the scenes thing from time to time.

By the way - our real names are already out there - that's us on the main site. :P

Alright Eloy i'll look into it but im suggesting you make one for Non subscribers too! not everyone has the cash in this time to be paying for subscribers just so they can listen to an episode. No offense intended.

None taken, but if everything was free nothing would be worth anything. :)

They have to support the show somehow, you know. As long as most of the shows stay free, I'm perfectly fine with it.

Try out English Ales and discussing them! My favorite is Hobgoblin, trust me, try one of these bad boys to start the night off.

So you could start a couple of episodes explaining what you are drinking for the show, where is came from, and then go onto the main theme of the show! Add a bit more brew to the taverncast crew.

I definitely share Eloy's interest in conspiracy theories and all things paranormal, so if the other hosts can put up with it again I'd be perfectly happy hearing more shows on those topics.
